Machu Picchu Ticket - Train Ticket – Peru Rail is the train that takes you to Aguas Caliente (i.e., Machu Picchu). They have different types of trains scheduled throughout the day; however, it’s best to take the early train and be one of the first people at Machu Picchu. Machu Picchu gets really crowded really fast and the entrance gate closes at 4 PM. Here’s the route to take:
Expedition Train - Taxi to Poroy Station – The taxi ride to Poroy Station from Central Cusco should only cost 15 USD (i.e., 45 Peru Soles). I booked my cab ride with my hotel when I arrived in Cusco.
