Ole Spanish Tapas is located in D’Mall in Station 2. It’s a little two story restaurant. The restaurant itself was pretty packed when I was there.
There’s tables with benches inside and a patio seating area where you could people watch. The wait staff is really friendly and made up with a lot of young kids. However, it wasn’t exceeding expectations.
I had the Chile Con Carne. It had ground beef, red peppers, beans, rice and peas. It was served with a baguette type of bread. It was a really heavy dish. It contained a lot of different types of flavors except spicy. The chili was a bit water down and wasn’t thick at all. The bread definitely was a good complement for the chili. It soaked up the chili really well.
Overall, I personally thought Ole was a decent meal. The flavors of the dish wasn’t very exciting, but it works when you’ve been drinking all day and need food in your stomach. Trust me. You will be drinking all day in Boracay. Oh, they also have burgers and other Western foods.
