It’s a little small shop and the sidewalk seating was nothing more than a park bench.   The white walls with blue reminded me of pictures of Mykronos or Santorini.  The staff were all very nice and the food came out fairly fast. Cyma Greek Boracay

Now, the texture of the meats in the Philippines is a little different from what I’m accustomed to in the United States. Anyway, here is what we ordered: Cyma Greek Boracay

  1. Chicken/Beef Gyro – It’s a Greek pita wrap with tzatziki, onions, tomatoes, romaine lettuce, feta, and honey mustard. The veggies tasted pretty fresh and crisp. However, the texture of the proteins were a bit off especially the beef.  It didn’t taste like quality beef. It was really dried, lean, and bland. The chicken was the same. It lacked any real depth to it.

  2. Black Angus Burger – The burger came with tomatoes, pickles, onions, lettuce, cumin mayo, tzatziki, peppered feta, freshly ground patties and on a sourdough ciabatta. This was a lot better than the gyro cause I asked for it medium rare. It was better than Army Navy‘s burger but still not up to par with some of the burgers I ate in the States. The medium rare definitely help make it juicier but you could tell the ground beef was very leaned.

Overall, Cyma wasn’t a bad spot to grab a bite to eat. It’s a good switch from eating traditional Filipino food. I personally need change in my life and wanted something else to eat except Filipino food. I decided to switch it up like how I switched up the alcohol every night. Cyma Greek Boracay
